Hi Issi,
I will be glad to discuss these issues with you. It will take some time though as things are busy here.

Issi, you have access to a former witch on this forum. Proof that God forgives witches, too.

The question that occurs to me is this: Why do you want to keep using witchcraft and black magic? Well, my suspected answer is that you use it to feel comfortable and powerful. I'm letting you know, having a personal relationship with God gives you so much more. It can make you so powerful that demons will cower in fear when they see you. God gives you the power of healing and light. You see, Satan supposedly offers these dark powers freely as an insult to God. But once you become comfortable with those powers, then he takes his payment. His payment is your life. Yes, you need to go into further acceptance to get the awesome powers that God offers, but his only payment is that you, his daughter, returns to him.
Not sure if that said anything useful. I tend to rant about this stuff quite a bit. Something kinda neat though: My youth pastor, Scott, recently saved a person just like Issi, whom dabbled in darkness, and specifically voodoo. He explained how much more powerful he felt with our Father backing him up. Anywho, continue testing.

hoi
i haven't read all the discussions yet but i see it this way.
let's say there's a 50/50 chance.
50 that athiesm turns out to be true, 50 for Christianity.
after death, what do you gain from being an atheist?
nothing. they don't even have a single belief for what happens when you die, i believe.
after death, what do you gain from not following the athiest belief during your life?
nothing.
after death, what do you gain from being a Christian?
a better place, a relationship with the Creator.
after death, what do you gain from not following the Christian belief when you're alive?
even more pain. eternal pain. the only sin that the Bible refers to as unforgivable is the sin of blaspheming/rejecting the Holy Spirit. (ignoring God until eventually your heart is hardened and you feel no desire to follow Him at all.)
some of the things you quoted were old testament scripture; stuff like stoning people for their evildoings were strictly for the israelites to follow. their culture was vastly different than our own; that's why we no longer have to sacrifice animals and whatnot.
anyway, back to the original bit.
muslims and the islamic culture follow their god, Allah, because they are scared of him. their q'ran tells them to kill people who don't believe in islam, or force them to. the reason some actually follow this ludicrous commandment is because they're scared if they don't follow Allah, they won't get to heaven.
as for the Christian side of this, yes, our God is an angry one. not hateful; to hate someone with all your heart is considered a sin. however, to those who ultimately commit the unforgivable sin, though He loves them, He hates their sin, and so they are thrown into Hell. but He gives everybody a chance. see, once you're a Christian, you have nothing to fear from God. He's your father, and once you pray and believe on Him there's no way to break that bond. whereas with islam, even when they're "saved" they're still living in fear of the one they worship.. it's messed up.
with roman catholocism, you have to go to a human priest to forgive your sins, and if you die with sin, you go to Hell. so if you die in a car wreck after thinking some bad thoughts, tough luck m8. plus the preachers hide the full Bible from the people. the former argument is true for mormonism too i believe
with new age religions (and i think buddhism), you can get to nirvana/heaven through any religion you choose. however Christianity is not the same way, you are not allowed to believe in false gods; so here it is beneficial to be a Christian too.
that was just my take on the more major religions vs. Christianity, or all that i know of them anyway. hopefully this helps

Nor god. I don't want Gods power... I want my own power... Demons no need to cower in fear of me... Why would they. As long as no "deals" are made, I'll be friends with any kind of angel, spirit, or demon. They can't hurt me. I believe in myself. I've had dreams where I've spoken to spirits... Some dark. None have ever shown me ill will. I'm not an enemy of God. And if what you say is infact true, why should I return to my holy father? Why should I not leave and become my own creator. Why should I cease to try to get in touch with my innermost self, cast a harmless spell or two.

Thank you... And, I still, don't know, what to believe, and what not to believe. Religion always separates people in my opinion... It divides them... I don't like that aspect of it. I really can't quite grasp the aspect of the bible god existing, or just, it doesn't seem to be true. . . Also, is my being a witch so unforgivable a sin, that God will turn me away to hell upon my death, if it were now?

that's fair; but even with athiesm, there is division. in any group that exists on this earth, there will be division. this is because, obviously, everyone has a different personality and opinion. this can cause groups to be seen as bad in their entirety due to the actions of certain members. like islamic terrorists and the westboro baptist church, who do undesirable things and make the islamic and Christian groups look bad to outsiders.
nobody really likes division, that's just how this life is. even in marriage, a bond of love, there is division. in families, there are divisions. there's no getting around it.
personally i find the idea of a creator to be more logical than creation from nothing. especially if you really scrutinize science and all this other stuff. our atmosphere, our earth's position in the solar system, and so many other things make our life here on earth possible; it's really hard for me to believe that all these intricate things that regulate our lives can be an accident, a big bang.
sometimes i have doubted the existence of a God myself. i'm certain everybody has. it just seems more logical to me, and gives me much more of a purpose to keep living.

you being a witch isn't an unforgivable sin.. if it was my dad wouldn't be forgiven.
He forgave dad.. he can forgive you
