As its known by most who read the Bible, there's a difference between the old and New Testament
This post will delve into Ximipe's claims of whether or not the Bible truly contradicts itself.
Some of the following quotes will be from a pm on TMC. Screenshots will be used as evidence that he said it.
Incorrect analysis based on a misunderstanding of what the Bible says. The Bible says God is a God of love, but it also states he's angry and vengeful. These don't contradict each other.
Nahum 1:2
God is jealous, and the LORD revengeth; the LORD revengeth, and is furious; the LORD will take vengeance on his adversaries, and he reserveth wrath for his enemies.
If you obey him, you're all good
1 John 4:8(KJV)
He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
That's not what he himself said... That's actually a highly Un-Christian belief
John 14:6(KJV)
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Jesus forgave the guy next to him on the cross
Luke 23:32-43 (KJV)
32 And there were also two other, malefactors, led with him to be put to death.
33 And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left.
34 Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.
35 And the people stood beholding. And the rulers also with them derided him, saying, He saved others; let him save himself, if he be Christ, the chosen of God.
36 And the soldiers also mocked him, coming to him, and offering him vinegar,
37 And saying, If thou be the king of the Jews, save thyself.
38 And a superscription also was written over him in letters of Greek, and Latin, and Hebrew, This Is The King Of The Jews.
39 And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him, saying, If thou be Christ, save thyself and us.
40 But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation?
41 And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss.
42 And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom.
43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with me in paradise.
He can forgive anyone as long as they ask. Murderers aren't excluded from his gift.
He does love everyone regardless. That's why he sent his son
John 3:16
For God so loved the World that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believe that in him, shall not perish but have everlasting life.
Actually, if someone died and I knew about it, I probably would care. All the more reason to tell people about Jesus before it's too late.
Jesus stated he's the way the truth and the life. He said he's the only way to Heaven. You're making him out to be something you want him to be and nothing else.
Job 13:7-10 (KJV)
7 Will ye speak wickedly for God? and talk deceitfully for him?
8 Will ye accept his person? will ye contend for God?
9 Is it good that he should search you out? or as one man mocketh another, do ye so mock him?
10 He will surely reprove you, if ye do secretly accept persons.
since Palkia was not speaking deceitfully, or wickedly, I can conclude speaking on God's behalf was ok in this particular instance.
You, on the other hand...
that's speaking deceitfully, here... On God's behalf... :/
Just pointing that out
Sometimes God tells us in his word to speak on his behalf. this verse is an excellent example..
Mark 16:15(KJV)
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
That's not what Palkia meant. there was no need to mock
Matthew 7:24-27 (KJV)
24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.
26 And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:
27 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.
that's an incorrect statement that also speaks on God's behalf, ironically.
God provided us with the gifts of the Holy spirit with his power. they look similar only because magic is a cheap imitation,
1 Corinthians 12(KJV)
1 Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant.
2 Ye know that ye were Gentiles, carried away unto these dumb idols, even as ye were led.
3 Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.
4 Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.
5 And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord.
6 And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.
7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.
8 For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;
9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;
10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:
11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.
12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.
13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
14 For the body is not one member, but many.
15 If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?
16 And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?
17 If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling?
18 But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him.
19 And if they were all one member, where were the body?
20 But now are they many members, yet but one body.
21 And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you.
22 Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary:
23 And those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness.
24 For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked.
25 That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another.
26 And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.
27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.
28 And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.
29 Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles?
30 Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?
31 But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.
Revelation 22:13-16 (KJV)
13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.
16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
The Bible doesn't encourage sorcery anywhere.
Since the other sins listed there are things like lying, whoremongering, murder, and idolatry, it's highly probable that God views all sin the very exact same. It's not rated on a scale of 1 to 10 for how bad it is. All sin is bad. We humans have a rating system for sin. I don't think God has that. It's all equal to him. That's why we all deserve Hell.
This doesn't mean that a witch, or sorcerer can't get saved at all. Jesus didn't exclude witches from his gift. Anyone can get saved by believing on Jesus. We're currently in the age of God's grace.
Ephesians 2:8-9 (KJV)
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Ximipe, you should pay very careful attention to the entire verse I underlined. You'll probably learn something. either that or you'll get upset because the Bible doesn't support your theory about good people going to heaven and bad people going to Hell. people who are saved through faith go to heaven. people who've never ever been saved through faith go to Hell
did you know that there are no good people?
Romans 3:10-12 (KJV)
10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.
12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
Moving on
God encourages us to use his power, not the counterfeit. All magic is demonic. There's no such thing as magic that isn't.
Before you even attempt to say Jesus's power was demonic, I feel this should be sufficient evidence against that particular theory. Not only that, but Jesus is God. God's power is far more powerful than magic ever could be. magic comes from demons as a counterfeit. true power comes from God
Matthew 12:23-26 (KJV)
23 And all the people were amazed, and said, Is not this the son of David?
24 But when the Pharisees heard it, they said, This fellow doth not cast out devils, but by Beelzebub the prince of the devils.
25 And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand:
26 And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand?
The only unforgivable sin is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit/Not accepting God's gift.
Mark 3:28-29 (KJV)
28 Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme:
29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal duckkcudation.
That last word in the verse will get censored.
If you look at it in context, it actually means that knowing the truth and refusing to believe is unpardonable. After you die, if you haven't believed, it will be too late. Unless it's a baby or someone mentally disabled and can't understand the message.
I firmly believe Jesus will have mercy on them because it's not their fault they can't understand.
However, for those who can understand the gospel they must either accept it, or they'll wind up in Hell. that's what the Bible teaches.
But she is using Satan's power.

PREPARE TO BE ANSWERED.
Not EVERY SINGLE THING in the bible is true.
That's a fact, it cannot be disproven.

I'm not sure what kind of screwed up god you guys are praying too, but the one I pray to is understanding and will love you no matter if you eat meat or do witchcraft.
He does love everyone regardless. That's why he sent his son
John 3:16
For God so loved the World that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believe that in him, shall not perish but have everlasting life.
Murder of humans is different because we are the children of god. for example, if a young japanese kid randomly died there's no reason for you to care, now say the same happened to your son or daughter and then you start caring.
Actually, if someone died and I knew about it, I probably would care. All the more reason to tell people about Jesus before it's too late.
I'm a Christian, a pure one.
I'm pure because I, like God, can accept others religons and beliefs if they're still good people.
