For everyone who is curious about how to come to God, I'll explain it going through the path of Scripture known as The Roman Road
The Bible says we have all sinned. because of this we can't get to Heaven. God doesn't approve of sin, so he must punish it, and the punishment for sin is eternal condemnation in a place called Hell.
This is the bad news.
Romans 3:23
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Romans 3:10
As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
Romans 5:12
Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
However, God loved us very much. he didn't will that anyone should perish, so he did something very special. He sent his son Jesus to die on the cross for our sins.
Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans 5:8
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
so Jesus died for you.
it's all good right? wrong
You must still come before God and get saved
How does one get saved, you may ask?
Romans 10:9-10
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Romans 10:13
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
The Bible states that if you call upon the name of the Lord, confessing with your mouth and believing in your heart that Jesus rose from the dead, you'll be saved.
so what will you do?
Will you accept him or reject him?
that's up to you.
Romans 10:17
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Dear Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner, and I ask for your forgiveness. I believe you died for my sins and rose from the dead. I trust and follow you as my Lord and Savior. Guide my life and help me to do your will. In your name, Amen.
