I've been doing some research and I noticed that every version of the bible has slight differences, I find this somewhat concerning as the bible itself it says that "not one word shall be changed". Forgive me if I didn't say that correctly, I don't claim to be an expert, but that's besides the point. The reason I created this thread is to bring this to all your attention, and perhaps we could figure out the correct translation.

I also find it to be concerning
While some can be attributed to translation errors, other versions have entire verses cut out and are changed on purpose.
I stick with the KJV because it's the most accurate I have access to without anything cut out

Probably the originals written in Hebrew and Greek. I think thedoctor mentioned an English Bible that was translated from the original Hebrew that was closer to the original text than a lot of them. That's worth checking out. I don't know much about it The KJV is more accurate than most on the market, so until we can learn more about the Bible The Doctor mentioned, the KJV is a good choice |

I actually use a complete jewish bible. It's the full old and new testament translated directly from hebrew to english instead of going through the Greek language as well. Most of the translations are english versions of the Greek Translations of the original version. I'd love to actually get a bible in Hebrew but unfortunately I don't know hebrew, just english.

In fact this bible I use has two columns on each page. One column is the complete jewish bible, the other is the king James version, so you can compare the two and see what the differences are.

I've found the KJV to be the best option for most. If someone can't handle the language, then the nkjv is better than most of the others.
